Refund Policy

This policy applies to professional fees paid online to K Raushan & Co.

Professional fees

Fees are charged for professional services rendered. Where work has already commenced or been completed, fees are generally non-refundable. Government and statutory charges paid on your behalf are never refundable once remitted.

When a refund applies

If a service has not yet commenced, you may request a refund of the professional fee within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Failed or duplicate payments

Any amount debited for a failed or duplicate transaction is refunded in full, automatically, per the payment gateway's timelines.
